北京出入境检验检疫局关于启用《亚太贸易协定》新原产地证书格式的通知
各相关出口单位：
我局已于2006年9月开始签发《亚太贸易协定》优惠原产地证明书，但一直以普遍优惠制原产地证书FORM A来代替。自2007年1月1日起，我局将启用新的原产地证书格式。
现将《亚太贸易协定》新原产地证书样本（附件1）、《亚太贸易协定》原产地证书填制要求（附件2）及《亚太贸易协定》原产地规则中非完全原产品判定标准（附件3）印发你们，请各相关出口单位认真学习及时做好准备，使我国出口产品顺利享受《亚太贸易协定》成员国的关税优惠待遇。如在申请签发《亚太贸易协定》优惠原产地证明书过程中遇到疑难问题，请及时与我局检务处联系。
