4．申请人成为B股结算系统的参与者、B股结算会员后必须遵守《人民币特种股票结算登记业务规则》及其它相关业务规则的规定。
The applicant must follow all the provisions presented in the “Operating Rules for the Clearing and Registration of Special Renminbi-denominated Shares” and other relative rules and regulations．
5．申请人应按规定向结算公司交纳B股结算保证金。
The applicant is required to submit to CSDCC Shenzhen the Guarantee Fund for Bshares settlement．
（1）基本结算参与人和特别结算参与人应按每个交易席位港元五十万、一般结算参与人港元三十万的标准交纳B股结算保证金；
For Primary Participant and Special Participant，the Guarantee Fund is HKD500，000．00 per trading seat，and for Ordinary Participant is HKD300，000．00；
（2）结算保证金请汇入：

Copy of “Qualification Certificate of Dealing Foreign Currency Shares Business” issued by CSRC with applicant’s company chop（For overseas brokers only）
□ 国家外汇管理部门签发的《经营外汇业务许可证》（复印件加盖法人公章， 境内证券公司适用）；
Copy of “License of Dealing Foreign Currency Business”issued by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange（SAFE）with applicant’s company chop（For local brokers only）．
□ 深圳证券交易所签发的《关于同意增设B股交易席位的批复》（复印件加盖法人公章）；
Copy of “Approval of Opening Bshares Trading” issued by SSE with applicant’s company chop．
□ 申请人的法人营业执照（复印件加盖法人公章）；
Copy of Incorporation Registration Certificate with applicant’s company chop．
□ 指定结算收款账户开户银行出具的银行账户证明（境内证券公司适用） ；
Bank Certificate issued by the applicant’s designated bank （For local brokers only）．
□ B股业务授权的有效印鉴（一式两份）；
Duplication of Specimen of Authorized Signatures for Bshares business．
□ 深圳B股通信系统安装维护及数据查询申请表；
Application Form for Communication Services of CSDCC Shenzhen．
